FAH Viewer is working in demo mode only

Post by hschuback »

I am new to Folding@home.
The FAH Viewer software is not wroking properly to me. Neither the section "current work unit'" nor the "doner" section are showing data.
In thet status section the "connection" is set to "trying" and the "protein" to "demo".
What can I do to solve these problem?

Nothing … There is a bug in the viewer … It is being worked on by volunteers but is unlikely to be fully fixed before the next set of cores roll out which will not necessarily be soon … If you search the forums for FAH Viewer you will see a number of discussions re this.
