New Team (Lost?)

I created a team "Louisiana Proud and Strong" and it resulted in a team #266099. When I search for it, it can't find it. I've searched part of the terms and the whole team name and the Team ID. How long does it take to show up? Is it MIA? I tried to create a new team with the name and it says it already exists. I did not get a confirmation email about it being successfully created since I'm the Team Leader.

Teams show up when they have points. Points show up when WUs are successfully completed.

Some of the stats only show the top N teams or the top N folders so you'll probably have to accumulate a certain number of points to appear on the lists.

Yes that's exactly what I used.

When I try to create it again i get this error "ERROR: Team creation failed
Duplicate entry 'Louisiana Proud and Strong' for key 'name_index' ". But when I check it says it's available. I am leaving the Team ID blank.

When I add the ID it gave me "266099" and leave all the info in there, it yields the same error.

I changed to 3589, the next open in sequence and click "modify" and it says modifications saved, but it's still empty. I don't get it.

Update:

I reinstalled and I just noticed, my nickname is in the app, but it says "idle waiting for id". I search for my nickname and it's not there. So now it's not folding. I'm so frustrated.
I can't even work!

Can you please post the log file? Ensure you include the first 100 lines which will inform us of what the system configuration is and what the client settings are. If you require guidance, please view this topic: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=26036

AFAIK, you don't need to use a Team ID to fold so you should be able to fold without issues.

2. Please post a log section showing the beginning 100 or so lines to show you hardware, software, and folding client configuration. Also show a section showing at least one WU being processed and returned under that Team ID.

At the best of times it will take at least a day or two for a Team to show up in the statistics when you connect after returning WUs. The last several days there has been some problems with the stats front end system, that is being worked on. So your team creation may still be waiting to be processed on the system. But with examples of WUs processed under that Team ID we have other means of checking.
