As a general rule, FAH does not remove code that still works. There probably are still some 32-bit FAHCores around but they're "unsupported" which means don't expect our help if it doesn't work. I'm going to assume that maybe less than 1% of Windows OSs are still 32-bit. Further, I'm going to pretend that I'm responsible for originating a simple enough project that it runs on those systems. Why would I put any extra effort into building a project that can use those CPUs?

GPUs that do not support FP64 won't get assignments and CPUs that advertise themselves as running a 32-bit OS probably won't either.
