@Bruce. Thanks for your comments. Historically, I agree with you completely, but my two incidents noted above suggest that for me at least there is something else going on, I will sit tight for now and see if it re-occurs.

@Burlingtonian where did you post FAH's log from your system? What GPU do you have? Was it detected in the first ~100 lines of that log. (see below)
