CPU Viewer not working properly

Post by DavF »

Hi, I don't really know if this is the right subforum to create this topic in, sorry if it is not.

I'm running a CPU slot on a laptop and everything works properly, except the protein viewer. When I open it, even if I can see a protein being displayed, it doesen't display anything in the sections of the "Current Work Unit" window, and the same happens for the Donor window and the Slot section under the Status window. I tried to change the slot ID with the keys suggested by the help window but nothing seems to work.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, we know ... the Windows viewer is broken.

If you search on the forums, you'll find many threads discussing this issue.

Since it does not improve the science, I suspect it is not a high priority.

Well, that's true. But I suspect that a decent software with functioning features can increase the number of users involved in the project, which in turn can speed up the science.

But that is because you are showing more marketing skills than a Biochemist.
