"Ready" - but doesnt download

Hey,
I have this error since I downloaded F@H in April. How do I get an Assignment ID?

Please could you post a bit more of your log making sure to include the top 100 lines or so of the log that has the system configuration in it and a longer cut from the tail 100 lines or so ... This will help people diagnose the issue.

My gut feeling is that there is a comms issue - something like a firewall causing an issue here or some form of routing issue ... but it really needs one of the more technical forum contributors to give you proper advice rather just my guess ... hope someone gets it sorted for you
Does it happen all the time or just intermittently?
