Just switched over from Rosetta@home using BOINC to using the folding@home software. I'm getting 17k PPD from my cpu and 66.9kppd from my GPU. This seems low but I'm new and ignorant.

Tell us a bit more: Windows ? Linux ? What driver version ? passkey installed ? More the 10 sucessfully retuned WU with the same passkey/donor combination ? If possible please share the first (100) lines of your logfile showing the full config of you computer/ folding slots.
Also do you know by chance what WU you got assigned ?
