The veracity of what? That you are folding WU's, yes we get that.

Through your own misunderstanding, you configured your folding client with a bogus passkey. You turned in a number of WU's, you got the base points, and that is all you will ever get for those.

Now you have entered a proper passkey, you will get base points for the first 10 WU's that you turn in after having set that in your client, and not before. You are welcome to check your Bonus Status for yourself, here is the URL - https://apps.foldingathome.org/bonus. Currently you have turned in 7 WU's with a valid passkey and need to turn in 3 more to get the bonus points. There are some other checks you can use from apps.foldingathome.org as well.

As mentioned before, the client does not have the ability to check and see if you have entered a valid or bonus qualified passkey. The client will base the estimated points on whether or not matching values are entered in the passkey location in the client. Bruce has put in a request to enhance the client to indicate more in this direction in the estimate entry in the log, but that has not yet been adopted.

As for your logs, I am going delete all but one posting. I will also mention that changing the logging verbosity to 5 is of no use. It is strongly recommended that you return it to the default value of 3.

False means your passkey and username combination are not yet qualified for the bonus, you have only completed 7 WU's with them. Another way to look at the display is - "Is the Bonus Active?" and the answer is "False"

That will make no difference. There is a policy that points awarded and recored in the database will not be modified afterwards. The Pande Group will leave the points, username, and team the same as when the WU was returned.

The one exception has been that they will void points awarded for WU returns that involve fraud or violations of the terms of usage for the folding client. PG has rarely needed to do this. The last time was about dozen years ago, person(s) were distributing preconfigured folding clients within other downloads and having unsuspecting computer users fold for them.

P.S. joseph Cauldron is a software developer hired by the PG to do programming of the client and server software. He is not paid to provide general support to folders. This forum is provided to give that support, and is run by volunteers such as myself, bruce and a few others.

You'll see when you will be rewarded the points for the last WU you've uploaded, and when it was received.
You need at least have uploaded 10 WUs for any bonus to be active, with username and passkey.

I suspect that your previous points have been credited to a different User/Passkey pair. Have you searched under other User/Passkey pairs that you might have used?

From an earlier post, they were submitted with a passkey he made up, I looked up his stats, no passkey shown.

Only have one user.

I only have one user, the problem is that I invented the first password, and I did not put the one sent to me by mail, I do not understand English, I do everything by google translator.

Then, when I had 22 WU, and Bruce told me that I had to put the one they sent me by email, the client started to recognize the bonus.

I only have base points.

But I have lost all those points (Bonus points of 22WU). For that reason I would like that with my datalog.txt, and the connection of each server to which the program has sent the tasks, it will be checked to return the points. Since in that period, never shut down my computer.

I put the pass of my email in 18:00 hours UTC un 18 APR 2019 with 21WU finalised.

As of the time I am posting your username and passkey have reached 14 WU's submitted and are now qualified for the bonus. The last 4 WU's did receive bonus points, and any turned in from now on will receive bonus points as long as you maintain an 80% return rate.

38-(21 not have points) = 17W yes have

I have no points from the 21 wu completed.

TOTAL 38WU

Then I will never have the points corresponding to the 21 completed tasks.

Because cant do anything to solve. The politic of Pande Lab, is correct.

You are responsible for your own setup. You did not get bonus points because your setup did not conform to FAH's requirements.

You can threaten to leave FAH but that will not change FAH's policies. Points are not awarded retroactively.

I hopee you do not choose to leave FAH, but if you decide to, I'll be sorry to see you go.

Hitchhiking this post, I've been having similar problem with this points matter.
Can anyone please explain me why on some WUs I get the "bonus" points and others I don't?
Examples:

WU 13819 - 700 pts (only base credit)
WU 13821 - 900 pts (only base credit)
WU 13820 - 625 pts (only base credit)
WU 14140 - 575 pts (bonus given - 4354 pts)
WU 14098 - 470 pts (bonus given - 2729 pts)
WU 14153 - 1188 pts (bonus given - 7431 pts)
etc.

@krilenko Your problem is unrelated to the one in the prior posts of this topic. The various Assignment and Work Servers are in the process of having the server software updated, One of the issues that was encountered a few weeks ago was that the first updated WS's stopped giving the bonus points for returned WU's. A manual re-credit will need to be done some time in the future, possibly in August, to give donors the bonus points earned.

So, some WU's will get the bonus at this point, and others from different servers will not. Eventually all servers will be updated and the bonus points will be awarded for all WU's.

There is a main topic for this problem, I will move your post there when I have a bit more time to do so.
