above is the log for GPU slot and Warnings & Errors only

Radeon 5700xt with driver ver. 20.2.2 and no overclock
No failed WUs before, I checked the FAH control panel today and found the GPU failed

What should I do to restart the WU and what should I do to prevent this from happening in the future?
Thanks in advance.

UPDATE:
seems like AMD Radeon Software was preparing for a driver update to 20.4.2 at some time.

I heared latest driver 20.5.1 is working good and previous 20.4.2 is bad for FAH

Also Windows quaterly update sometimes screws GPU driver components used by FAH (OpenCL).

Just download driver from AMD manually and you are good to go.
