Suspect GPU performance

I'm not sure as I've not checked it out myself fully, but I think that if I leave a GPU client running (AMD HD7900 hardware) and lock the PC which leads to the monitors eventually powering down, my TPF goes up.

I'll try to check this later by connecting to the agent remotely. Off to work for now if anyone else wants to look into it to confirm or refute it.

Check to make sure you have no screensaver running.

If you want remote connection, please note that the Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection will cause the GPUs to stop folding (Microsoft limitation). Thus, you can use other alternatives which are free like Ultra VNC or TightVNC.
