I don't think your GPU 980TI is not whitelisted, but your GPU slots seem messed up.
You only have one GPU? But 2 slots and none has a gpu-index set.

:!: I recommend to remove the 2 gpu slots again and create a new gpu slot using FAHcontrol.

You can also download the latest GPU.txt and put it into C:\ProgramData\FAHClient.
But that should have been done automatically by the fah client.

This is how it looks with my 2 GPUs:
12:02:59: <!-- Folding Slots -->
12:02:59: <slot id='0' type='GPU'>
12:02:59: <gpu-index v='0'/>
12:02:59: </slot>
12:02:59: <slot id='1' type='GPU'>
12:02:59: <gpu-index v='1'/>
12:02:59: </slot>

Hello ThePutzer, welcome to the Folding Support Forum.

This line the log shows the GPU is detected correctly via the whitelist. Otherwise it would say "unsupported."
04:40:19: GPU 0: NVIDIA:5 GM200 [GeForce GTX 980 Ti]

Not sure how two slots were added, maybe by moving the GPU to a different PCIe slot, or maybe manually. Either way, it's usually easier to just let the fah installer do the installing after changing hardware. Like foldy suggested, remove the two GPU slots manually, then install the client again. No need to set anything manually.

Also, since the log didn't show a passkey, the client won't get any bonus points. See the passkey faq on the fah web site.
