By any chance is it Core 15 or Core 11 that its using?

My 2 GPUs which are now working, are both using FahCore 0x11 to successfully perform work.

My GTX275 completed work successfully on this WU from the 171.64.65.105 Work Server:
PRCG 7624 (60, 0, 81); FahCore 0x15
Estimated value of this WU is 14093.00 points.

Both the GTX275 and the GTX285 are now getting FahCore 0x11 WUs from the 171.67.108.21 Work Server:
GTX275: PRCG 10504 (409, 0, 1113); FahCore 0x11; Estimated TPF 52.00 secs
GTX285: PRCG 10504 (0, 0, 1374); FahCore 0x11; Estimated TPF 56.00 secs

This is false. The assignment server code was changed and a server bug or two was introduced. WUs have been assigned which do not match the type of hardware you have and certainly that's potentially a cause for all kinds of problems.

As far as we can tell here (and from the responses on the forum), it seems like this is now fixed. Any one else still seeing issues?

I am closing FAH Controll and restarting. But still not running seems to be stuck on Core 15 7625(492,2,0) 171.65.64.105 how do I get it to change the server I'm getting the work from. Everyone else seems to be up and running but not me

Your client believes you have an ATI R600 GPU running on a 64-bit Operating System. The WU that you're trying to run requires an NVidia GPU. One or the other is wrong.

If you really do have an NVidia GPU, you need a new copy of GPUs.txt but that doesn't look likely since V7 is reporting: ATI:4 Radeon HD 5800 Series (Cypress LE).

If you really do have an ATI GPU, the WU which was incorrectly assigned due to the AS bug we were seeing yesterday and you need to dump it.

See this post for instructions.

In your case you want to delete work/01.

Well, judging by the posts between my post at the bottom of page one and now, it appears I was indeed wrong on several counts. Probably the best examples are the 8800GTs with 512MBs of memory which are happily crunching Fermi/Kepler work units. We with under memory powered G92 video cards will need to take solace in a job well done to this point and release our cards to light gaming pasture. The future of Nvidia video card folding is Fermi/Kepler (for the time being) and the future in now.

Thank you to Dr. Pande and crew for all your hard work and patience. And thank you for the temporary batch of FahCore_11 work units to help ease our transition.
I'm the same farmpuma from years gone by, but it appears my account went away when the passwords changed to six characters minimum.

I'm a little confused.
Are we absolutely sure that certain GPUs will become obsoleted in terms of not being able to help out the project?
