Hi,

I just follow the guide Manual installation of FAH's website.

To install FAH on my dedicated server. It's a Debian 9 server.
The client works, it's currently running.

Just, I want to see the viewer on my advanced control or by website.
So, I just add it on my own computer, but It always try to connect, but it's never connected. Even if I set the good IP, I don't edit port and I set the same passkey as I set to the FAHClient on command's start.

How fix it ?

Can you please post the log file? Ensure you include the first 100 lines which will inform us of what the system configuration is and what the client settings are. If you require guidance, please view this topic: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=26036

AFAIK, FAHViewer might not support remote connection, only local connection. Also, some Projects may not be generating data to render the protein in which case, a demo protein would be shown.
