Hi bruce,

Yes I get results in the browsers on this machine (from Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Brave). However - the Google Chrome browser automatically saved the file as Core_a7.fah (in my download directory), with other attempts to open that URL as Core_a7(1).fah and Core_a7(2).fah, all via the Chrome browser. I most of the time use Firefox here so do not have much experience with Chrome. Is Chrome doing the right thing, or should its permissions be tightened up? I think that auto-saving a file without my express permission is not right. But if parts of FAH need this, it apparently is working OK here. None of the other browsers auto-saved the file after 'running' the URL; as I did not give them permission to do so.

Project 13787 Run 2, Clone 56, Gen 7 is a little less than three hours from completion here, the one that just started when I did a last system restart. I just came from an evening shift and am headed to snoozeville. Will be back Friday morning and see how runs with this FAH setup are going...

Thanks,
Robby

Testing the download in a browser only validates that the server is functioning as it should and your firewall is not blocking that browser. If FAHClient fails to download Core_a7.fah again, retest downloading it in your browser. That would suggest that your firewall is blocking FAHClient from downloading that package.

Discard all copies of *.fah from your Download directory.

No problems retrieving the "Core_a7.fah" and multiple copies of that file into my download directory. Fixed a configuration issue with Chrome, having it notify me in the future. I'd suppose no problems with my firewall. AVAST! Internet Security is running the firewall here. Also got rid of those items.

FAH is still stable, now running a 13768 project.

Thanks,
Robby
