171.67.108.21 Reject / Returning to "normal-ish" :)

Not completely sure if we should be reporting servers in Reject mode, or if somebody gets an "alarm" somewhere once the status page reports it as such.

171.67.108.21 Reject mode, Nvidia GPU has been attempting to pull from it for over half an hour.

This isn't fully resolved. Server is full/accepting but CPU load is almost 4 and net load is at 170. I have multiple clients unable to get work.
