Upload Results to 171.64.65.55

Post by volandhorn »

I've been trying to upload the results of a WU. On the status page of my FAHControl (v 7.1.38) it says that my work server 171.64.65.55 and my collection server is 171.67.108.26.

I've been getting the following message for the past several hours. But the server status page shows that my work server is full and accepting and running at a low load. The collection server is not accepting, so I understand why that one is failing. But my understanding is that FAH should be checking port 80 if port 8080 on the work server fails, and it doesn't seem to be doing that. Is this something that's incorrectly set in my local configuration, or is there a server issue, or maybe something completely unrelated?

My analysis agrees with yours. Everything on the server status page looks like it's working. I'm pretty sure you don't have anything wrong in your configuration either.

The message "Received short response" is a different kind of problem than the more common ones I've seen. Your computer does successfully connect to it on port 8080 so there is no need to try port 80. Then the client expects a response but gives up after waiting for the server to respond. I believe the server isn't working right.
