win7: gpu/NVIDIA Bad platformId size

It seems that a lot of GPU problems revolve around specific versions of drivers. Though NVidia has their own support structure, you can often learn from information reported by others who fold.

Just to update - it still does not work in low/Light mode, but works perfectly in Full - when I log in in morning I see gpu fs01 worked pretty well

Are you saying that you reinstalled drivers and you now get the error message "Bad platformid size" when it runs with the slider set to Low/Light? Please post the log showing that happening.
