I seem to be missing some points. Please observe the following:

One WU was uploaded about 14:57 but you didn't show us which one. It will have DIFFERENT Project/Run?Clone/Gen numbers which were displayed when you started processing that WU. (After it was uploaded it generally takes an hour or two before it shows up in the points at Stanford and even longer if you're using one of the 3rd party stats sites.)

You started a new WU which took you 42m17s to complete 4%. It was Project: 10450 (Run 52, Clone 0, Gen 332). To complete 100% of that assignment, it will take you 17h37m to process it, which means it may not have been completed yet.

Perhaps you have recently added a passkey. A passkey must be qualified by doing three things things: (1) Completing at least 10 WUs that would be eligible for a bonus and (2) Maintaining a success rate exceeding 80% and (3) NOT changing either the passkey or the UserName. Since you may not have completed that qualification process, that may explain why you won't get a bonus for these WUs.

The V7 client notices you DO have a passkey but does not know if it is qualified. The estimated points are based on the (false) assumption that it has already been qualified, but once it is qualified, the estimates will be reasonable accurate.

Was this log from Windows or OS_X?

Hi Bruce, thank you for looking into this for me.

I apologize for not providing sufficient information. The log is incomplete as every time I have to reset the computer, the present log gets dumped and a new one is started. I do not know how to obtain logs that have been disposed. However, there is still some additional information that I can retrieve that is previous to the 2014-06-15 date that is at the top of log copy I have already sent.. Maybe this will help.

That is the log as it presently exists down to and including all of which I referenced last night. I have not included the entire log after that as it seemed unnecessary to reference information about other work units.

In studying the log, I perceive that I may have made an error. It would seem that I have referenced the wrong work unit. I will allow that maybe I should have been talking about Project: 8585 (Run 1, Clone 7, Gen 451). Not having to work with the log very much, I find myself at a loss to adequately interpret all of the information presented. Please correct me if I have referenced the wrong work unit.

Setting the wrong work unit reference aside, the log shows that the work unit in queation (which ever one it really is) was completed and sent to Stanford and received. I did have to deal with a pass key issue, if memory serves me correctly, over a year ago, and my qualifying has long since been accomplished. Please look at my statistics and verify that I have been receiving bonus points consistently for a long time (indeed, twice this past week), which is good, as I am the only member of my team who is still folding. I do not know why the V7 Client would suddenly not know that I am fully qualified.

This log is from my Windows PC. If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know.

Thank you, Bruce.

Hi Bill_Eriksen (team 46123),
Your WU (P8585 R1 C7 G451) was added to the stats database on 2014-06-13 19:11:42 for 6126.56 points of credit.

The above includes QRB and does appear in your EOC stats on June 13 ... kakao on June 14. Both entries are combined (6,543 on kakao ... 8964 on EOC) with other returns so you won't see the exact number of points on either 3rd party site.

The topic work unit has also completed and received QRB:

Hi Bill_Eriksen (team 46123),
Your WU (P10450 R52 C0 G332) was added to the stats database on 2014-06-16 03:06:54 for 803.497 points of credit.

Again, this return was combined with another for a total of 1222.

From what I can see you are fully qualified for QRB.

Older logs (16 by default) can be found in a logs sub-directory off the Data Directory:

Start > All Programs > FAHClient > Data Directory > logs

Thank you, Bollix47, for finding this information. With what you have found, the date referenced in the log posting above is obviously in error. Why such an error should occur, is a separate topic for discussion, and at this point, is plainly a moot point, only of academic interest, and obviously not worth any further consideration. I certainly appreciate your taking your time is look into what now appears to be a rather minor issue. Thank you very much.
