They will need the Vendor ID and the Card ID
GPU-Z calls it Device ID

The GPU GPU-Z picks is the one you put the link to, Jimbo. What else is needed? Thanks, btw. This is the last machine in my home arcade that is not folding that is capable.

We already have those two GPUs supported :
0x694c / Polaris 22 XT [Radeon RX Vega M GH]
0x694e / Polaris 22 XL [Radeon RX Vega M GL]

If this doesn't match with yours, we need a screenshot of GPUZ showing the Device ID ...

I confirm 0x694c / Polaris 22 XT [Radeon RX Vega M GH] is working fine, after toTOW have updated the server.

This is what shows up in GPU-Z:

However this is what is happening in F@h

And this is that machine's Sysinfo. I'd appreciate any insight offered :)

So, the GPU chip is supported, and you have downloaded a WU. We would need to see you actual log to see what the client is doing with that WU, please post the first 200 lines of the log, and a section showing what the client has done with the WU since it was downloaded and the processing started.

Unlike every other gpu or cpu I am running, it never gets past this, the machine is completely unresponsive until I pause it remotely. I have 4 other machines folding without issue but this one is "rogue" for some reason

Sadly, what we need is the first 200 lines of the log, where it tells us what hardware and software you have.

Pause, or reduce the number of CPU threads being used for CPU folding. The setup of some GPU WUs can take a substantial amount of CPU resources to get going. Also, in this case your GPU and CPU are packaged together. TDP for the package applies to the total heat output for both, to stay within that limit the thermal management will downclock the CPU or GPU or both.

What was seen in the last log. Nothing. The machine becomes completely unresponsive until I pause the gpu slot. Something is not "exactly" right. Like I noticed for some reason every other GPU lists some sort of name or something before [Gpu description] but this one does not. Pausing, unpausing, removing, re-adding slot or cpu slots, nothing. When this starts, the AMD Software show the GPU spiking to 100% utilization, but as I said, everything is just "stuck" until I pause the gpu folding from another machine.

Have you done all the steps in BIOS that the origonal thread mentioned?
jiashiuan wrote:Hello guys,

Thanks for your quick reply. Yes this is Intel Hades Canyon NUC, combining a KabyLakeG (i7-8809G) and AMD Radeon RX Vega M GH (Polaris 22) .

I managed to remove Intel drivers, disabled iGD in BIOS, installed latest Adrenalin from AMD website (and worked), but still got funny "192.0.2.1" errors, which means "not supported" as far as I know.
