Low points and how can I do more?

Post by DeathtoZombiesLV »

I searched far and wide to answer my questions on this forum but I could not find what I was looking for, I apologize in advance if these questions have been answered. My first question is about the amount of points I am getting, it says estimated of about 8,000 points but I might get a thousand on a single WU. Does this mean my pc is not folding the WU correctly or is this just how the points are distributed depending on the specific WU? I just want to make sure that everything is going smoothly and I am not returning bad WU's.

I also wanted to know if my pc could do more as it takes about 2 hours for a WU to complete and I wanted to know if there is a way I could have my PC preform better at folding.

Thank for taking a look :D

Points are explained here https://foldingathome.org/support/faq/points/ … I guess you have either not got a passkey, not set it up correctly, or not yet qualified for the Quick Return Bonus as detailed … Any estimated points shown in the web control, the advanced control, or the logs are based on you receiving the QRB.
