DNS lookup failed for ... Error

Hi! I'm on an M2Max Mac and started folding again. I'm using the current open Beta (Client 8.3.5) and have an issue with uploading my results.
Downloading WU and folding works fine, but uploading keeps failing.
I tried changing my DNS settings on my Mac, but that didn't help.
Another issue that might be related: this Mac shows as disconnected when i log in to beta.foldingathome.org on another device. My other (intel iMac) machine shows up fine there (and can upload WUs).

There have been DNS improvements in alpha v8.3.7.
It works fine on Mac. May be broken on Windows/Linux.

Alternative is to restart client service from Terminal after boot:

Thanks! It also didn’t load a new WU. I then reinstalled the fah client and I immediately pulled a new WU and the upload of the previous stuck WU went through (probably just because that restarted the client similar to how the terminal command would) and I have the “Credited” in the log, but it doesn’t show in my stats unfortunately. I’ll try the alpha once the current WU is through, if that one doesn’t upload I’ll try the terminal command to restart the client. Thanks again!

It can take 1-3 hours from upload to showing up in stats. Let us know if it doesn't show up after 3 hours.
A copy of the log section showing the upload and acknowledgement would be helpful.

Sure I'll update.
The log from when the update went through is below.
I have no luck with the alpha, installing it makes the machine not show up. I tried https://beta.foldingathome.org/machines and https://alpha.foldingathome.org/machines . Installing the Beta version makes it instantly show up again though. Of course I rebooted, uninstalled etc. in between using the different client versions.

Yeah I checked there and all the info is correct.

I have two machines, an older Intel iMac that’s done 2 WUs on that account no problem and the M2 Max MBP that’s having the issues. They both show up under https://beta.foldingathome.org/machines so I don’t think there’s an issue with the account configuration as they’re both using the same.
I don’t mind losing the points for 1 or 2 WU but it makes me feel like I didn’t actually contribute anything so that’s kinda sad also the M2Max has like 3 times the PPD of the iMac so I’d rather have the MBP actually work, even if there’s no GPU folding (had to say it )

And no, only my iMac is showing nothing from the MBP. Once the current WU is completed I'll update.
When I rebooted my system the MBP didn't show again on https://beta.foldingathome.org/machines on my iMac/Phone but using this:

That script that patches the plist is only needed for v7.

Yeah I had only used the unload/load, and it did make it show up again. The previous
