So the app is dead?

Post by jsmeltser »

I've been running this in the background for so long that I basically forgot that it's there. Running on a galaxy s20+, but am I actually contributing anything or should I just uninstall the app?

There is no use running F@h on a mobile. There hasn't been any development or any jobs for that for a long, long time, and tbh mobiles aren't suited for running F@h jobs anyway (with batery and overheating and all when you really push them like F@h can do).

F@h on a regular computer (desktop and laptop) however is alive and kicking.

Yes, the Sony supported app for Android phones has been gone for several years. Sony ended support for it and it was not picked up for further use by F@h.

The client apps for PC, Mac and Linux systems still are supported and in use. That includes Raspberry Pi 4 or better systems running Linux.
