It is a random uuid generated by the client. If the hardware id changes, a new uuid is generated.

I suppose one could mess with the server entries for a client instance. Don’t know.

I believe FAH ID isn't sensitive. But if one wants to sensor it, their choice

Yes, it is not sensitive. It is a SHA256 hash of the (randomly-generated) private client key. There is no way to recover the private key from the SHA256 hash.
