I tried to register at this forum, but it occured that my primary email is banned! I've joined the project only about a week ago, and my email box has been mine since ~year 2000! How could it be then, that it's in the ban list? I had to use another email. Not very pleasant, in fact.

Don't worry its not your email address thats been banned.
We've had to put some measures in place to prevent spam on the forum, and this involved banning a whole load of email domains, which appears to also include yours.

If you let me know your email domain, I'll see what I can do about removing the ban, since we now have a slightly more sophisticated anti-spam technique.

It of course can be a source of spam, as it's a free service, but millions of people use it,and it's among Russia's largest free email services.
