Project 6903 (Run 8, Clone 12, Gen 59) no BONUS credit

Post by Patriot »

Project 6903 (Run 8, Clone 12, Gen 59) no credit
Project 6903 (Run 4, Clone 17, Gen 55) no credit

I was fighting some gremlins so after getting assigned the first unit paused for a day and a half...
so I can understand low pts but not no pts...after all I can crunch them in ~22hrs...

And both units uploaded fine after completion.

So if someone could look those up thatd be great, Thanks.

There are results in the WU Database but the username doesn't match your forum one. If you fold under a different name, then please post it or PM me.

Just curious but since it only got base points and PantherX says it does not match your forum name has the user name you are using for the WU's in question if it is you qualified for the bonus points.

2 - SM H8QGi-F AMD 6xxx=112 cores @ 3.2 & 3.9Ghz
5 - SM X9QRI-f+ Intel 4650 = 320 cores @ 3.15Ghz
2 - I7 980X 4.4Ghz 2-GTX680
1 - 2700k 4.4Ghz GTX680
Total = 464 cores folding

I am pretty sure that is all smp...

And I have never folded under Patriot...there was already someone in the project with that name in 08...

I fold for myself under Eagle07
and I am currently throwing a few units towards a friend Syran... though throwing away seems more accurate...

Are you using a username/passkey combo that is bonus qualified?

Hi Syran (team 33),
Your WU (P6903 R8 C12 G59) was added to the stats database on 2012-01-13 15:09:56 for 22706 points of credit.

I have a feeling you are using the name Syran with your pass key which the combination has not yet been bonus qualified. Every time you add a different name to a bonus key the combination has to be qualified. You may want to switch to smp until you get the 10 smp wu's and get it bonus qualified.

I confirmed that the 300k ppd is from smp using his passkey...
and I am using his passkey with his username...
hint...no points would go to his name with my passkey...atleast thats the idea behind the passkey

You may be saying that you are using two usernames with the same passkey -- or maybe you're using two usernames with two passkeys. Either way, to earn a bonus, you must qualify each pair separately.

syran with passkey1 needs 10 WUs to qualify.
Eagle07 needs 10 WUs to qualify with EITHER passkey1 or passkey2
Eagle07 needs 10 MORE WUs to qualify with the other passkey if that combination ever happens.

To Clarify...Each set should be qualified but is acting like it isn't...

Syran + sryan passkey (all he folds is smp... with the passkey) about 12 smp/day
The passkey works as he is getting credited with the points in the first place...

Eagle07 + eagle07 passkey ( I know this one works)

I would go to the Stanford Donor Stats page and enter Syran and his passkey into the boxes. If it shows lots of WUs completed you probably have the correct passkey. If it only shows a few WUs done you probably have a typo somewhere in the username/passkey combo.

If the WU was downloaded with Eagle + Eagle, but then uploaded with S + S, no bonus would be given. Download must match upload.

I'm not sure but I don't think he would even get base points if that was the case.

That is not correct the user name and or passkey it is downloaded under does not matter as long as it is completed on the same machine that downloaded it. At leas it has not in the past from my own personal experiances.

Correct Grandpa, I also have noticed this in the past but in this situation I have a new clean directory.

Thanks...
http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/mai ... name=Syran

wu went to the right place just no bonus...
I cleaned up the directory after the last 6904 went through for another 20k pts...sigh...
I will put it on SMP (220k ppd) and see if his stats bump up...but smp has a small bonus associated with it...if this doesn't work I don't know whats up...

Through a few things the fact that he is getting the points sent to his account I know its the right passkey...
Q: Does smp require passkey for credit? Is it possible that he has his passkey entered wrong on the machines he is running smp on and therefore is not eligible for bigadv bonus points... if this were the case would he get smp bonus points? 12 wu for 300k ppd?
http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/ ... =&u=530723

 34s tpf on random smp wu....
33 on 7148...
for kicks I am doing 10 quick smp ... even though he should be qualified with that user and passkey...
