account inaccessable

Chaosdsm here... I've been trying to get in to the forums for the last 2 weeks. I cannot remember my password, and attempts to have password sent to me have failed. I get the message that an email has been sent, but it is never received. I also tried the resend activation email, and do not get that either.
I've double checked my blocked senders list, and is not in there. I even went as far as adding it to my Safe list.
