P8900 stats

Hi everyone, long time folder, first post here :P. Hopefully I've picked the right section to post this.

I'm just wondering where P8900 is on any of the stats list? All my GPU's are being assigned P8900 WU's but HFM can't show any of the details because it's not on any of the psummary pages?

If I click on the Project 8900 link in the FAHControl screen it takes me to the stanford page and says "No information is currently available for this project".

I'm sure I'm just missing something silly, but if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Thanks Andrew.

Welcome to the folding@home support forum Andrew.

Unfortunately there's not much you can do at this time. The problem has been ongoing for a several days now and has been reported to PG. I've sent a reminder and hopefully we'll receive an answer but no guarantees as to timing.

Some have added it to ProjectInfo.tab (in HFM click on Help and View HFM.NET Data Files) using Notepad but a mistake could cause problems so I am not suggesting you should do that.

If you decide to try the Notepad edit fix close HFM first and backup the ProjectInfo.tab file before editing it.

Here is the info which you could copy (click on Select All ... right click and copy) and paste it as a new line to the bottom of the ProjectInfo.tab file:

Code: Select all

8900	171.64.65.69	p8900	40000	6.5	8.8	6000	100	ZETA	http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/fahproject.overusingIPswillbebanned?p=8900	shukla@stanford.edu	0.75

Wow, that was quick!! Thanks guys :). PPD looks to be reporting properly now!

I do have a big favour to ask though, can you only assign 8103 projects to my 4P opteron, these 8101's are killing me :P. haha!
