It's much cleaner to update from an HTML file. If you replace your ProjectInfo.tab file, you'll loose some data if your file has old data that is no longer on psummary and the new file is generated without these data ...

In your screenshot, your problem is not due to psummary, something is not properly set up and your HFM can't connect to your client ...

The only thing to change to get psummary from my server instead of from default location is the Project Download URL field in Web Setting tab from the Preference menu.

If you have troubles configuring HFM and/or your client, you should post in the HFM support topic : viewtopic.php?f=14&t=9903
