P9213 (R48 C45 G0)

Can someone do a look-up for me and confirm a problem?
System:
i7-4770 - Not overclocked
GTX 1070 (driver 372.70) - Not overclocked
7 Ultimate 64-bit
Client 7.4.4
Work Unit:
P9213 R48, C45, G0
This work unit was calculating at about 50% of the normal output of this GPU. Advanced Control was showing it at 326,000 PPD and this card can do about 650,000 PPD.
Does this mean that there is a problem with the 9213 series - in the same way there was an issue with the P9210, P9212, P9208 and P9205 work units?
Or is it just a miscalculation from the Advanced control.
I did reboot the system about half way through that P9213 - the PPD did not return to normal.
The box is currently working on a P10493 and showing 660,000PPD.
The P9213 was listed in the log at 141,998 points for credit. I just wanted to confirm that this is the same as seen by the Work Server/Collection Server?
There have been situations in the past where, due to work unit miscalculations, bonuses had to be applied After the work was returned.
And is anyone else having problems with the PPD on the P9213 series of Work Units?
