Failed to download work unit from 155.247.164.213

I found another server which is not responding to download work unit download requests: 155.247.164.213 (http://vav15.ocis.temple.edu/). Attempting to click the link that is listed for that server gets nowhere. A ping check works, though.

Also, I noticed that my client successfully connected to 143.89.243.111 (http://pvs0156.ust.hk/), but it failed to assign a work unit as seen in the log snippet above. I do not know why this happened.

This server is now responding to web browser requests, so it appears to be up now.

The server is down again. However, the stats page erroneously states that it is up again.
