also had problems with 7.6.21 windows 10 x64 startup, had to revert to 7.6.13.

I did a fresh install of Windows 10 20H2 64-bit and a fresh install of V7.6.21 where I have it set to automatically start and don't have any issues for the last few weeks over few reboots.

If you could start a new thread with all the log files and details, we might be able to help you out :)
