Unfortunately I can't find a compatibility list for GPU's. Where can I find one like this? Thanks for the support!

New cards come out all the time, so the only thing I know about which cards are compatible is:
64 bit floating point math unit and support for OpenCL 1.2
If a compatible card isn't listed in GPUs.txt yet, it can be requested to be added to the list here: viewforum.php?f=83
The TechPowerup GPU database is a useful resource to see what a card is capable of, though it's not always updated: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/

There used to be some exceptions to the above where e.g. some older Nvidia cards could fold without full OpenCL support, but I'm leaving that out of the consideration here because it's so esotheric and core-dependent.

Basically, Kepler GPU or newer for nVidia, Tahiti GPU or newer for AMD.

But a GTX series Pascal/Turing, or RTX series Turing/Ampere NVidia card (using current and stable WHQL drivers) is preferred.
