I have given up. I have an older computer with an Nvidia GTX 750 GPU. For the last several months, the screen has gone into flickering modes, sometimes so severe I cannot use the computer for any other work.
I have gone back to older drivers with no success.
I have disabled the FAH software/drivers and that seems to solve the problem until they are reactivated and folding resumes.
Since I need to use the computer for other important things, I have decided I will, unfortunately, have to remove FAH from the system. It was functioning well for over 2-3 years (since the beginning of Covid).
The problem could be with the older, but well functioning, computer in general, the GPU, the memory, or ??.
