This is downloading in the 50-150kbps range for me. Not sure if it's server or WU

Same here. Downloading at ~100kbps.

Thanks- I've been looking into this with our network staff and we're coming up empty so far. Have you also been seeing slow downloads for projects 18218 or 18220? These are highly similar in terms of what is being sent, but housed on different servers (158.130.118.25/26 respectively) so might help us track down where things are going wrong.
